Pros

Yellow Bus ABA personally assigns a coordinator that will bring cases that may fit you through your location instead of having to constantly search through a database in order to find work although that is always accessible as an employee as well. Pay is also in extra tasks such as training (HIPAA, Sexual Harrassment, etc.) and onboarding, each having employees paid an atleast minimum wage for each hour these tasks take.

Cons

You must work full-time in order to recieve benefits such as paid time off, making it hard to depend on. Finding full-time work is also hard as most families prefer after-school hours that may limit employees to one case or 2-3 if the cases are short hours.

Pros

The company has a culture that strives to make sure its employees are happy. As a newer employee, I felt heavily supported in the beginning of employment, which systematically faded to a more realistic level of support that makes me feel independent and self-sufficient. I also love being a part of bi-weekly BCBA roundtables and being in a WhatsApp chat with other BCBAs from the company for added support. The bonus pay is generous and pretty easy to attain. I love the flexibility of the position I have in that I can make my own schedule, make last-minute changes if needed and provide remote supervision when possible. Overall I'm very happy being here and I love the work flow, structure and pace of my day-to-day.

Cons

Sometimes the travel required can feel time-consuming and I wish I was more in control of the cases I was given in terms of which time of day they occur. For instance, I would prefer if I had more AM cases because the bulk of my cases are PM and I can be difficult to have flexibility in the evenings due to my nights being pretty full. That being said, this is a nitpick because I'm still very satisfied with my experience at Yellow Bus.
