Pros

I get to work with amazing, unique and diverse individuals both internally and externally and help them make change, grow both personally and with knowledge, and if I am successful hopefully at the end of the day they love what they do just as much as I do. It may not be for everyone, as there is a lot of opportunity out there, but one thing I will say is while you are here, if you are positive and open, you will find that the people truly care and will be like family.

Cons

- Lack of remote options, for a technology company we do seem to be more 'old school' in how we embrace technical collaboration. - Department silos--- There is not a lot of growth across departments. Usually it is from within. - Salary consistencies, it would be great if there was published ranges -Not a diverse list of titles, Account Managers can have roles like project managers, consultants, technical support- but it all gets lumped in as account manager

We're grateful to have wonderful employees that enjoy coming to work every day! While some offices have a smaller variety of departments, we have over 320 titles throughout all of our offices. We are always interested in the well-being and growth of our employees, which is based on knowledge and skills. Our eLearning team is also continuously working on classroom trainings and online classes to help employees grow. We also just increased our tuition reimbursement and encourage employees to take classes that help them grow in their current role or another of interest. Thanks for the great review!

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
