Pros
Though a global company, there is strong, intelligent, honest and caring regional leadership. Many global positions are held by people from NA. Leadership is very open, willing to hear direct feedback and questions.
Cons
Lots of processes in place sometimes slow down implementation. Sometimes workload can be heavy but that's the automotive business. People need to be proactive and let their managers know if they are interested in moving up. Aging workforce but build the bench and leadership programs now in place.
