Pros
The work is interesting. The products that we make are very cool. Health and Retirement benefits are better than average. A lot of good people work here. Healthy work/life balance.
Cons
The base pay and total pay are subpar. This is true for almost all postings in almost all departments. PTO is 2 weeks to start, regardless of years of experience elsewhere (assuming you’re not directly hiring into higher management).
