Depending on your job and department, this company can be somewhat flexible (office personnel)
Cons
Pay is not based on the market level. There is a lot of "good boy" shenanigans going on. Minorities are not treated equally when it comes to pay and promotions. A degree means nothing if you are not part of the "In Crowd."
