Cons
The company relentlessly nickels and dimes new hires to a ridiculous level and issues them threadbare uniforms at premium prices. Management will not enforce its written disciplinary policies although each communications to employees ends in an undiguised threat, Management will not stand behind its officers in ANY situation. Even with higher than average armed hourly rates, management cannot retain experienced officers. Scheduling is a joke! Either management cannot do it properly or, it's is viewed as a way to jack the officers around. Managers at all levels jump the chain of command to over ride subordinate supervisors. Administrators are permitted to threaten and disrespect Line officers and supervisors.
