      Pros

      - You will be doing work you can feel truly satisfied about and sometimes literally saving lives.

      Cons

      - The pay is not enough to keep people around for the long haul. They require a Bachelor's degree and pay $13/hr. - Potential for burn-out. Very stressful. I was burned out after a year and a half.

      Pros

      Being able to offer care to the children. Schedule is pretty consistent as well.

      Cons

      Leadership team is inconsistent, and likes to stir up drama between employees. They also enable toxic behavior.
