Pros

Community focus and help is the goal.

Cons

No real plan, just the same old routine with flashy presentations. They're apparently sitting on millions while buildings deteriorate and staff are underpaid, yet they still ask for donations. JAIDE, written by a consultant, is selectively used but there’s no real strategy—just a nice report. Leadership is constantly firefighting, which is draining on staff. The environment is cliquey—if they don’t like you, you're pushed out. No accountability even after doing lots of surveys. Looks like they have many board members and endless meetings but nothing has changed since before COVID.
