Pros
Nothing. There are only handful of good people exists there now, even they will be gone soon.
Cons
1) Unprofessional and Unethical practices by CEO with focus only on making money for themselves. 2) One man show with all others around being 'YES MAN' and if anyone challenges, CEO's ego is hurt and is thrown out without any reason 3) Does not treat Employees fairly and as Human. Use them today, Throw them out tomorrow. HR changes policies without informing to whims & fancies of CEO. Too much favoritism at play for folks who just follows CEOs orders without questioning. 4) Arrogant and Ignorant CEO who thinks everything can be done like fast food. An interim CTO who lies and promises everything can be done and does nothing other than bossing people around and threatening them their jobs 5) Outdated Technology and heavy mis-use of licenses across the board. Cheating vendors and big companies by flying under the radar. Suppresses information and any whistle blowers are discouraged and even sent out. 6) Incompetent tech. team, heavily political with few tech/project managers focus job is to please interim CTO and treat others very poor by yelling & threatening them 7) No independent thinking or empowerment to teams with the whole company driven by Firstcry folks, who should technically & legally have no business in this company. Investors should be worried. 8) Cheating & Lies are part of business & culture. Will be offered one thing and when compensation arrives it will be totally different. No mechanism for redressal. If anyone raises this, they will be sidelined, silenced and sent out. 9) Too much attrition going on across the board with employees demotivated and no company culture. Everyone is too focused on saving their jobs and backstabbing their colleagues. 10) HR policies are non-existent or only in paper. No one has a say in their own function and just have to follow orders. Everything is driven by one man and couple of people from Firstcry who feeds all wrong information and thinking themselves as boss.
