- Old school management style and outdate software systems. - Some staff have a very old mindset. If you are a young ppl looking to develop your career, this company may not be suitable. You can clearly feel the office politics.

The design team is highly collaborative and free from office politics. People are nice and friendly.

There is limited opportunity for promotion, and no salary increments are provided even after several years of service. Discussions regarding such matters only occur if initiated by the employee, often leading to the need to request or consider leaving the company.
