*Saturday knowledge sharing section is worth, external trainer visit to take class on basic communication, work ethics, corporate behavior, motivation etc.. *Saturday free lunch. *Co-employees are good they understand the client requirements. *Fresher's have some scope to understand basics of digital marketing & how digital industry works. *MD here is a hard-working person, he don't give things easily this is one good entrepreneur skill you can learn. *You may get some good opertunities to explore, if Management trust you in long term. *Management expectations are very high on each employee,if you are a self driven/ challenging person this is the place for you. *Family kind of environment. *Slow & steady growing company, * On time salaries. *You will have indoor games to play on Saturday.

*Very poor management skills in dealing with clients aswel as employees. *You will never get a solution for a problem, takes lot of time for desion making & solving problems. *Less motivation from company management rather you will be put down for lot of tasks. you have to be capable enough to be self motivated. *Management tries to act very good with clients, this turns out differently as a loss making business. * Very hard to gain trust. *Monopoly management, suggestions and ideas are taken but those are never implemented. * lot of rework because of lack of desion making. *Low standards of understanding market capabilities and forecasting, practically. Lot of assumptions roll around. *No marketing tools used to pull insights lot of guesswork. *No team work individuals are blamed and pointed out for mistakes. *Less work satisfaction because of unnecessary issues apart from work.

In simple, the company will provide training for freshers and can make employees sustain high pressure and work. But as a fresher, you will get an opportunity to work on the multiple tasks which will end up with failure all the times and never expect an appreciation from management.

As all are saying it is monopoly management, yes It is true. You will get experienced if you join/rejoin with Xpedient. Please don't dare to rejoin, if you do so you will get to know the actual behavior of the people over there. Few things you would experience after joining: • No Leaves approved. • Not to work with the competitor (any digital marketing for the agreed period). • Not to start a startup/partner with the company for a couple of years. • You will get a revised manual/T&C whenever a new incident happens in the company. • Your future company's Background check will get problematic.
