The company is growing fast and policies/culture are trying to keep up.

Some individuals are qualified and good.

Nepotism at its finest. People in leadership positions hire their unqualified family members in revenue generating roles and then wonder why the business isn’t doing well… Absolute crap show. Would give 0 stars if I could.
