They are involved, supportive, and treat everyone with respect and care. Everyone works from home, offering an incredible balance of flexibility and trust. Most employees have been with the company long-term, which speaks volumes about the positive work environment. It’s rare to find a workplace that values its employees this much. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I don’t have any cons to share. This company has exceeded all my expectations.

Xerillion is how small companies used to be 30 to 40 years ago and has been one of the absolute best places that I have ever been a part of. Leadership is honest and fair from the top down. Work life balance is taken seriously here. They have a real interest in the well being of employees and want us all to be happy and productive. Simply said, they are a fair company that actually cares about the workforce. It's a rare rare thing these days!
