It has almost been 3 years working with Xebialabs Full Time. I have seen it grown from nothing to being the top most Devops/ARA automation product company on Forrester and Gartner reports. The company is defined by its people and Xebialabs has some of the most Smart and Social Folks so the office atmosphere is always very lively. I am working as a pre-sales architect so it has been a great learning curve in terms of technology looking back, got enormously better in sales and people skills when you are selling a complex product that needs to tightly integrate with a customer's environment before you get a deal. With continous improvement and upgrades in our product, we have 200+ enterprise customers and still going strong
