Due to limited growth and promotional strategy a lot of 10+ year people in the same position that are forced to run and fire fight. Key Principals of operating a business are not prioritized leading to a lot of organizational chaos, internal competing silos, and inefficiencies in waste management. Leadership focuses on politics, favors, and winning narrative for career growth all while stagnating focus of their employee's well-being. Accountability for missed goals, objectives, and budget is non-existent causing negative impact in strategy, resource alignment, and deferring important responsibilities. Do more with less and put leaders in positions to campaign is the name of the game. An ocean between executive leaders, senior leaders and then middle management down to individual resources regarding transparency, communication, and honesty. Oil and water scenario.
