      Team was very professional and highly edcuated

      Cons

      Highly regulated industry including law stating how long a study should take. This was always changing and often they wouldn't take much input from the engineers.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
