1. Company owner is a pathetic person with no ethics and knowledge, that is the reason old employees work like the owner. 2. Salary on time is something immposible 3. Hire and fire policy. If you are taking higher salary and they found somebdy on lower package, they ll kick u out with some absured reason. 4. Due to owner lack of knowledge and pathetic staff they are not even to deliver the projects ( not even 10% of projects goes successful.) That is why one can earn zero knowledge. 5. In valid deduction made from salary. They use to deduct 24% pf instead of 12%, as they do not contribute in pf and take whole percentage from employees. 6. Only male emoyees can survive in this organization, they have v less females and the staff is soo mean that a female is like an alien for them. 7. No leaves, they deduct two days leave if u take one day immediate leave. 8. No bonus or appraisal. 9. No policy, no management, long working hours with no motivation. 10. They post fake positive reviews through their sales and SEO ppl.
