      Cozy working environment, great team work and people respect each other across disciplines. A lot of great projects going on from clients world-wide.

      Pros

      nice people and good teamwork with some stock options. You will get chances to increase your knowledge and programming skill. There are some very experienced members in the team. I am able to balance family and work well here.

      Cons

      middle leaders know little about latest technology trends. and most self-owned games are business failures. It is very frustrated.
