The people are the strength of the company. I am giving the company a very bad review, but I do miss the people whom I worked with and the industry. While the company was doomed to fail because of senior manager I did love my job and miss going to work everyday.

As a company we failed to redefine ourselves in the visualization market. The 3D business was going strong in 2009-10, but since then year over year the business contracted 50% annually.

Startup-like work. One gets to know a lot about different aspects of what it takes to make a company work.

* Unprofessional approach to more or less everything. * Involvement of the leadership and management is non-existent. At the time of my work there they were practically uninvolved in running the company, let alone in making it grow. * Severely understaffed.
