Pros

Team environment, traveling, paid hotels and airfare, company vehicles, set salary, growing company

Cons

Long hours, no hopes of full-time work, quick to fire so they are always very short staffed (typical turnover is 2-6 weeks), no work place security, poor management, and no set chain of command.

Pros

Jobs can be done by high schoolers, which explains the low pay Some in office snacks One person that works there is very nice

Cons

Micromanaged, there is a lot of "restructuring" which leads to relearning processes every few weeks and then inevitably doing something wrong, dodgy business practices, LOTS of unpaid vendors and threats to collections, at least one person got fired a month because they can't afford to pay them or the person makes a handful of mistakes, they don't reimburse anything a normal company would (travel), they are so stingy and can't be profitable, they will run their business into the ground No upward movement, no raises, no benefits, very toxic and degrading work environment The rules are different for each employee, some get to work from home, some don't, it depends on who they like and seniority
