Worst place I've ever worked. - No forward planning at all. - Day to day is just putting out fires, especially due to the lack of QA. - No autonomy, management intervenes to tell you how to do your job, almost down to the exact line of code they want you to change. - Can't trust management, see some of the other reviews here, they make snap decisions and let people go on a whim. - Expectation is to be on call at all times for clients, though that's not specified in the job contract.
