Pros
The pros are you get a lot of hotel reward points because you are away from home every night. Not good hotels though because they have a very low limit on what you can spend per night.
Cons
You have extremely large territories and are away from home every night. Large territories being multiple states. You get very little money to spend on hotel and food while you are out, which means cheap hotels and fast food. The products have very little wholesale distribution and zero brand recognition in the category, so it’s very tough sales. There is no directive on what you actually should be focused on selling and growing, again because of the large gaps in product availability. Your car that you live in, is GPS tracked and monitored, you will get regular updates on your speed, seat belt, harsh braking, etc. etc. If that doesn’t show you how micro managed you are. Also, very early mornings, very late lights. But probably the worst part is the business was founded on the owner being “owed” money from “big tobacco”, but you get paid very little in hopes of bonuses, however, you never know when you are getting the bonus, how much it is going to be, or how they figure the number, it’s just completely random!!
Along with small small company so no room for advancement, and the insurance is not affordable if you have a family. It’s extremely expensive per month with very high deductibles. Previous review was not accurate.
