      Pros

      Interesting projects. Some are in IT, including crypto. Some are in manufactoring.and aircraft depo. San Antonio is a great family town.

      Cons

      Small company. There is virtually no room for promotion. All new postions are hired in from the outside. Compensation package is on the low side. Standard 2 week vacation. low IRA matching and bonus.

      Wonderful group of people. Learned so much from all of them.

      Pros

      Very simple management structure and very hands off. Corporate stays out of the way of contract employees (I was a DoD contractor).

      Cons

      Corporate pretty much ignores contractor employees. Not a sophisticated company at all.
