New management has driven out all of the culture. They drove out their best workers. There’s low morale in office now and everyone is looking elsewhere for jobs. They don’t care about their people. Management is fake and ignores problems. Way too many managers, not enough actually workers. Nothing is collaborative. Communication is poor and decision making is highly questionable.
