Pros
Consistent flow of jobs with high flexibility from the support team. For the period I have worked for the hub, I appreciate the timely pay and availability of support and HR department for seamless working.
Cons
Low CPPs. At my first year of working at the hub, the average costs per page was 8-9 with the least being 5 for simple work. However, I must note that the current pricing strategy seems to me like neocolonialism, which it is. Clients pay highly for our services and we end up paid 20% of the entire compensation of the order. Don't worry though, the pareto distribution is at work here; 80% of production done by 20% of the population and consumed by 1%. It is, what it is
