Pros
Good spirit in the team to keep going, great bunch of lads and a good wealth of knowledge to learn as much as you can.
Cons
Working at wren, where do I start? From the outside, new gym, clean canteens, outside eating areas, all looks like the staff are looked after and happy. How far from the truth. Bully tactics, threatened of job loss, baffling management system, behind on wages, devalued staff, disorganised leadership and practices put in place that proves unsafe and unproductive. But what do we know? upper management knows best and if you don't like it, you know where the door is. This company could be a really great place to work with just a few changes, but the feeling throughout the full company is that things are never going to change. The attitude of the upper management leaves a working atmosphere that is, in my opinion counterproductive and leaves the worker with a negative feeling within their place of work. With a more positive, friendly, valued approach to its staff, I am sure the staff force would apply a more productive allocation of their role and become a useful member of what could be a very strong team. But hey, easier to just discard and replace with a revolving door policy that is so far out of the modern working world we may as well be in a 3rd world country.
