Excellent, forward-thinking work culture. The hybrid working arrangement is fantastic and provides a great balance. What I appreciate the most as a developer is the continuous culture of learning—management genuinely pushes us to learn something new every day and actively encourages us to leverage AI to optimize our workflows. The overall vibe is a great mix of professional, fast-paced when it needs to be, but also relaxed. It feels lean like a startup, but with a more manageable, sustainable pace.
Cons
Because the environment is a nice mix of a fast-paced startup vibe but with a relaxed day-to-day pressure, documentation for internal business processes sometimes takes a backseat to active project delivery. A bit more focus on updating internal wikis would be helpful.
