Pros
Worrell is a wonderful place to work for. The culture is very supportive of the freedom to suggest new approaches to existing processes and of innovation within its business units. Founders and upper level executives are easily accessible and are very visible within day to day activities. Small company vibes with tremendous growth and expansion in the years ahead!
Cons
Projects and timelines can get hectic when there are a surplus of work that strains available resources. However, management is actively hiring and that should help the workload in the future.
