Pros
Sometimes the office environment can be welcoming and you can possibly make some good relationships within the company
Cons
There is no real HR department, there is definitely a high sense of favoritism that easily visible, the pay is less than amusing, its extremely unorganized, blame consistently gets shifted, they don't value good employees but let employees who have been there longer do whatever they want and essentially nothing. Would not recommend working here
