      Exciting entry-level opportunity for people who want to get into TV. Young, energetic young group of people. You also get to watch the show from inside the theater.

      Cons

      Low pay. Many of the tasks are remedial. Not very much opportunity for advancement. Must have another job to supplement your income.

      Great vacation, good people, good benefits, the company cares about your well being and are supportive with time needed off.

      Cons

      No one leaves, it's hard to get promoted. They really only hire internally.
