Pros
- Many training opportunities available (if you ask for them)
- Managers & Exec are very approachable (you often get to chat with some of the Directors and even the CEO)
- Good work atmosphere
- High level of independence, even on low- and mid-level jobs (although this depends on your manager)
- If mistakes happen people get help to improve and learn from them, rather than being told off and shunned
Cons
- Communication across the business could be better
- There is a clear divide between the packhouse and the office workers
- The company runs two offices (one in Kent, one in Spalding). The Kent office sometimes seems like a bit of an outpost that people sometimes forget about
