Company don't have system to mange. They dont care for women. I was working in office i left organization because of office culture and no one care for you as employee i was seating in office alone as a girl i have requested to HR allow me WFH. if something happen who will responsible they dont care for you . Advise to all girls if you get good pay ask for WFH . In Mumbai office they dont have lock system washroom is outside office its surrounding by Muslim where no one will comfortable.
