Great hands on experience overall. You meet some incredible fellows and get to work with some of the most amazing individuals as well. As soon as you get comfortable after a few weeks they will really allow you to take on projects and they will trust you to do so.

Only downside I have is that they do not offer any paid internships.

-Hands on supervisors who want to make the most out of your internship experience. -Learn practical skills (not doing mindless busy work) -Learn more about the non-profit industry.

I can't say I have any cons other than the fact the position is unpaid.
