Good Staff - Poor Pay - Stock Associate World Market Employee Review

Was hired in and told I was going to be starting at a wage that was instantly lowered after I started. After asking multiple times to be bumped up in pay I was ignored. After over a year of working there, the raise I got wasn't even to the pay I was told I was going to be making starting. Some managers tend to helicopter over you watching your every move. The store is incredibly dirty most of the time and it's impossible to learn the store layout as it is always changing to meet corporate wants.
