Pros
The Wold Agroforestry Centre provides interesting work and the team is very passionate about the environment. From my experience everyone helps one another from cross collaboration research to even work reviews. Also have access to some of the best tools available for research. Salary & benefits are also good compared to others I find. Good culture, environment and recommend it to everyone in our industry.
Cons
Limited growth opportunity. Also, can be challenging sometimes due to leadership issues and lack of accountability.
