Pros
I worked as a Business Development Intern at Workist for about 5 months and can confidently say that it was the most enriching professional experience for me so far. The team is incredibly young, talented and ambitious, and really allowed me to take ownership from day 1. They trusted me with the expansion into the Italian market, allowing me to independently set up meetings and talk with clients. The office is located in the city center and is a fantastic, stimulating place in which new things are being added on a biweekly basis. I truly loved the friendly and easy-going work environment we had and, given that I was simultaneously attending university lectures online, the team was very flexible when it came to studying for exams and really tried to support me wherever they could. I can highly recommend this company to anyone interested in joining a fast-growing and dynamic reality.
