Pros
They will hire anyone with an MA and a pulse on very short notice, so if you are desperate for a job, you might be grateful for that. Publishing bonuses are okay, but you won't have any time to do research.
Cons
This is a business first and foremost, the title of 'assistant professor' is a joke, and employees are treated like pawns. If you are a competent, professional, and academic-oriented person, it is very likely that you will hate this place. Schedules frequently change without notice - even in the middle of the semester. Foreign staff are kept in a bubble. Turnover is about 50% per year. There is a core of foreign administrators who look after themselves. Long-term faculty tend to be desperate people who have trouble finding work elsewhere. Holidays are a joke compared to other Korean universities. There is a ton of busy-work. Professional development program is a complete waste of time. The morale is terrible. My sincere advice: Keep looking for a job elsewhere.
