All around great place to work

Can not think of any cons

Insurance is decent, location and hours are nice. Coworkers are friendly and I like the history of giving back through charities.

Management is bad and nepotism is rampant. No respect for knowledge, commitment or tenure. Went downhill after all founding family members got out. If you voice an opinion different from theirs expect retaliation or termination.
