Overworked and severely underpaid Expected to work off the clock Office staff does a poor job of supporting staff at site, especially when deadlines are being missed because there are problems with students/families at site. They only send passive-aggressive email reminders instead of taking the time to make themselves present at site and offer a helping hand. Expected to pick up supplies from the main office with no mileage reimbursement Expected to work outside of ratio Very difficult to find substitutes School closures/breaks means no pay Inconsistent discipline measures
