Pros
Pockets of very talented and motivated employees. Phenomenal co-workers can be found. Great experience to introduce new and innovative products.
Cons
Internal teamwork is sometimes lacking. They have themes of "trust but verify" and "drive for results" that means you must micro-manage as many leaders expect. Collaboration within some silos is wanting. "Fast" has its draw-backs. Diversity of opinion is not welcome.
