      Good benefits and a good work schedule unfortunately are outweighed by poor management and limited vision.

      Cons

      Poor management and no vision. Employees are treated as tools and not assets. Very little opportunity for personal or professional growth.

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
