I also love that I get to learn something new everyday instead of a "same old same old " workday every day! The company is flexible if you need to take care of something during the day you are able to do so without being docked pay. Every effort has always been made to allow for time off.

It is a high stakes job and the owner calls it like it is which some cannot handle. There is little or no room for mistakes since fortunes can be lost with the wrong decision in the tech industry. I have seen some dishonest employees but you see that at any job. There is an after hours rotation but then again it is a tech support company.
