9yPart of Wolfe Laboratories’ success, spanning almost two decades, is based on solving problems our clients can’t solve. This inherently means we present difficult challenges to our scientists. Our experience has been that this is exactly why scientists join us – for the challenge and the opportunity to work on some of the most cutting edge development work in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Still, we recognize this culture and approach may not be for everybody.
When a Postdoctoral Scientist joins our team, our goal is to invest in the training, professional development and mentoring that will enable the scientist to grow, contribute and succeed within our organization and more broadly within the scientist’s career. Occasionally, a scientist discovers that working in our organization or even the industry is not the path he or she would like to follow. However, many Postdoctoral Scientists are promoted, and some of our most successful scientists have come through our Postdoctoral program.
The reality is that Wolfe Laboratories is in the services sector. We take great pride in delivering high quality results in timeframes that meet our clients’ development and clinical timelines. It is almost always the case that our work is a key component of our clients’ drug development lifecycle, and we take seriously our responsibility to deliver. On Time.” Importantly, we do all this within a collaborative and open culture, and do everything we can to encourage a healthy work-life balance.
