-Lack of transparency with communication with older staff
-No BIM coordination for new hires with no Revit training
-All job captains have their own way of teaching you and you can get reprimanded for not following and remembering their specific way of doing things
-Mentorship is not great
-At PDMs there is little to no change after meetings and expressing what you want out of the firm
-Most young and ambitious hires leave fairly quickly when they realize what kind of firm this is
-Hire fresh from school so they can pay them less and not fight back on the workload, if they do complain or stand up for themselves, they will be let go after a 2 week - 1 month probation period. Then they will hire new grad to fill in your role and start the cycle again.
