2 directors, 2 teams, 2 different ways of doing your job. One director is lazy, top down management and it shows throughout her teams. The manager does not train or give any support to her team but quick to blame and throws people under the bus. The other director wants everything done his way and I’ve heard he expect everyone to clock out and continue working. Out of the two, working under his managers is probably the better option.
