      Pros

      Company is solid and owned by Siemens Industry.

      Cons

      Company experienced large growth but instead of promoting and developing it's existing employees, Siemens Industry brought in all of their own management who subsequently brought in their own colleagues killing growth potential unless you move into other brances of Siemens companies.

      Strong CEO and Solid Leadership Team Lots of talented and just generally nice people to work with Being part of Siemens you have unlimited career opportunities Can have Work/Life Balance Small Company feel Green Industry

      Because you are part of a big company (Siemens), sometimes things like approvals take longer than you would normally come to expect or might particularly like....gotta be able to deal with that

      Friendly clean environment, great hours up and coming energy suppliers.

      Cons

      once you reach the position of A assembler like myself there is really no chance to further advance. No advance training in place.
