Everybody works their butts off but do not get the recognition they deserve. They has been tons of changes in the past few months from management to people being fired for not the best reasons. A lot of favoritism within the company. Everything is very private and there’s not much of an open door policy with management. They’ve lost tons of employees because they don’t know how to appreciate the good ones while they’re there. For the past few months everything has been a mess, SOME(not many) get promoted and alot of people get demoted without formal time notice - suddenly you come in and your position is now someone else’s while you’re left to do work you’re overqualified for.
