      Pros

      Great leadership team, with a track record of putting employees first. They practice transparency at a high level, for significant decisions, direction and initiatives. This is invaluable to understand company goals and expectations. Very respectful environment with professional and fun individuals. It is rare that you get a midsize company, with a strong team and family feel, but thats the environment at Wilson from top to bottom. Also, Wilson Electronic's suite of products are beneficial for home and commercial consumers, and solve real world problems making lives and business better. It's great to work for a company that is making a positive impact on families and communities.

      Pros

      I like that we're in one building now but that has its pros and cons

      Cons

      We spent a ton of money building a new manufacturing facility in Saint George, UT. Problem is, we're losing to competition. They're doing it faster and cheaper. Our costs are much higher, our quality is no longer that much better, and competitors have quickly caught up with our ideas. Management cries about competitors stealing our IP rather than innovating and staying ahead of the curve. We're losing to the competition and I'm afraid layoffs and further downsizing are imminent.
