Pros
They will hire you straight out of school or whatever else, they're desperate.
Cons
I want to just be honest here, this company is after nothing but money. I had a very poor experience working there. They are so inconsiderate of employees, I was always getting scheduled for a 12 hour overnight shift and an 8 hour day shift three hours later without being consulted and when I said I couldn't do that they acted like I was being absurd and hurting the company. There is no paid time off or opportunity for career advancement promotion etc. Raises are "against company policy". The biggest problem to me is how much lying and manipulation was coming from management. To keep it short, management would try to cover up their mistakes by lying to clients and blaming the nurses. To sum it up, I worked there for two years and it was entirely horrible start to finish.
