Great company, pleasant and clean community. But the thing that makes this such a good place to work are the staff comradery and harmonious relationship with each other. ED and her team treats and regards each employees with respect and are very welcoming and accommodating to everyone's needs and concerns.
Working at Willow brook for the past 8 years gained me a sense of fulfillment and purpose by providing quality care to person's with Dementia. They never see family and the persons they entrust in them as numbers, they see them as real people with real needs. Gaining sense of purpose and fulfillment from taking care of those needs are one of life great accomplishment.

None at this time. I am very easy going and mellow person, so when I see a problem I take it as challenges.
